South Coast Community Chorale
invites you to their 2025 Spring Concert
Two concerts filled with a variety of classical and Broadway favorites!
Fall River, MA – The South Coast Community Chorale (SCCC) is excited to present their 2025 Spring concerts. The concerts will take place on Saturday, May 17th at 7:00pm St. Thomas More Church, 386 Luther Ave, Somerset, MA and on Sunday, May 18th at 3:00pm at St Joseph’s Church, 1335 North Main Street, Fall River, MA
The concert program features Brahms’ German Requiem, which is often considered a humanistic and consoling work. The movements of the Brahms’ Requiem emphasize comfort and solace for the living, focusing on the experiences and emotions of those who are grieving, while also highlighting the faith of the resurrection. In addition to the Requiem, the chorale is also performing selections of music from the Broadway shows: Titanic, Pirates of Penzance, and the Sound of Music.
Tickets are $15 in advance if purchased online or through a chorale member, or $20 at the door. (students 12 and under are free)
